This policy explains how Tasklyra (tasklyra.com) processes personal data when you use the marketing site and the web app. The controller is the operator of the Tasklyra service.

1. Data we process

We may process data you provide when creating an account or using the service, plus technical data needed to run the site.

Account data: email, name (if provided), and session identifiers.
Product usage data: projects, tasks, time logs, and reports tied to your account.
Billing data: what is needed to manage subscriptions (e.g. via Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, language, and server security logs.

2. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide the service, authenticate you, improve security, meet legal duties, and manage Premium subscriptions when applicable.

Contract performance / pre-contractual steps: account creation, data sync, and Tasklyra features.
Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention, and technical improvement.
Legal obligation: invoicing and retention where required by law.
Consent: when we ask for it specifically (e.g. analytics cookies on the marketing website).

3. Retention

We keep data while your account is active and for any extra period needed for security, claims, or legal obligations. You may request account deletion; we will delete or anonymize data when no other legal basis applies.

4. Processors and disclosures

We use processors for hosting, email, and payments. In particular: site/API hosting and Stripe for web payments. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards under applicable law (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Children

Tasklyra is not directed to children under 16. If we find such an account without an adequate basis, we will disable it.
